As an important member of the Ig superfamily, GPA33 is composed of an extracellular region, a transmembrane domain, and an intracellular tail. The extracellular region contains two Ig-like domains, which are responsible for recognition and interaction between cells. GPA33 is mainly expressed on the surface of epithelial cells in the digestive tract and participates in biological processes such as cell adhesion, signal transduction, and immune regulation. Through its interaction with other cell surface molecules, GPA33 not only maintains the integrity and function of tissues but also affects the intensity and direction of immune responses, even participating in inflammatory processes. In-depth research on the structure and function of GPA33 will help us better understand its role in physiological and pathological processes, providing new ideas and methods for the treatment of related diseases.
GPA33 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (CSB-RA245537A0HU)
Validated Data
IHC image of CSB-RA245537A0HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human small intestine tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4℃ overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit IgG polymer labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
