OTUD3

OTUD3, containing the OTU domain, is a protein encoded by the OTUD3 gene and belongs to the OTU protease family. It possesses deubiquitinating enzyme activity, regulating protein stability and signal transduction through its OTU domain. OTUD3's dysfunction is linked to various diseases, including certain cancers and neurodegenerative conditions. It influences p53 protein stability and the cellular response to DNA damage through ubiquitination modifications. Additionally, OTUD3 regulates the inflammatory response and cytokine production in immune cells, highlighting its importance as a molecular target in cell biology and disease research.

Immunofluorescence staining of U251 cells with CSB-PA719399LA01HU at 1:50, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
