PACC1

PACC1, full name PAC domain containing 1. It is an intracellular regulatory protein regulating cell cycle, signaling and gene transcription, controlling cell proliferation and tumor progression. Dysregulated PACC1 overexpression accelerates cell cycle and promotes tumor proliferation, metastasis in multiple cancers. PACC1-targeted modulators are in early preclinical research for anti-tumor therapy.
