PARP10

Poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 10 (PARP10), also known as ARTD10, is a mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase in the PARP superfamily. It catalyzes the transfer of single ADP-ribose moieties to target proteins, regulating processes like cell cycle progression, DNA damage response, and post-translational modification of signaling molecules.
Dysregulated PARP10 is linked to colorectal and breast cancers, as it modulates pathways such as Wnt/β-catenin and mTOR to promote tumor survival. Preclinical studies are exploring small-molecule inhibitors targeting its enzymatic activity, though no candidates have advanced to clinical trials to date.
