PUS7L

PUS7L, full name pseudouridine synthase 7 like. It is a pseudouridine synthase-related protein regulating RNA pseudouridylation and RNA stability, supporting normal cellular transcription and translation. Dysregulated PUS7L causes RNA dysfunction, correlating with neurodegenerative diseases and cancers. PUS7L-targeted modulators are in early preclinical research.
