SH3RF1

The protein encoded by SH3RF1, also known as SH3 domain-containing ring finger protein 1, functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase involved in ubiquitination-mediated protein degradation. It regulates signaling pathways including MAPK and NF-κB by targeting kinases like ASK1 for ubiquitination.
Dysregulation of SH3RF1 is linked to neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. Preclinical studies explore its potential as a therapeutic target, with small molecule modulators of its ligase activity under investigation for neuroprotective and anticancer applications.

Validated Data

Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with CSB-PA773800LA01HU at 1:200, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
