TCF25 encodes transcription factor 25, a member of the basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) family, also known as NKX2-5 interacting protein (NKXIP) or cardiovascular helix-loop-helix factor 1 (CHF1). It regulates gene expression by binding E-box motifs, cardiac development and stress responses through interactions with NKX2-5 and p53 pathways.
Aberrant TCF25 expression with cardiac disorders like congenital heart disease and arrhythmias, as well as certain cancers. Preclinical studies explore its role as a potential therapeutic target, though no specific drugs targeting TCF25 are currently in clinical development.
The following TCF25 reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
