TRMT6

TRMT6 refers to tRNA (guanine-N1-)-methyltransferase non-catalytic subunit 6. It is also commonly known as TRM6. This protein is an essential component of the tRNA (guanine-N1-)-methyltransferase complex. It participates in tRNA modification by methylating guanine at position 37 of certain tRNAs, which is crucial for maintaining the translational accuracy.
The function of TRMT6 is associated with the translational machinery pathway.
