ZFX, full name zinc finger X-linked protein, also known as ZNF9A, is a conserved nuclear transcription factor. It regulates stem cell self-renewal, cell proliferation and embryonic development, and maintains normal physiological functions of tissues and organs.
Abnormal ZFX overexpression promotes malignant growth and metastasis of tumor cells. It is closely related to leukemia, liver cancer, gastric cancer and other malignancies, and can serve as a prognostic marker. ZFX-targeted inhibitory molecules are currently under preclinical research for anti-tumor therapy.
ZFX Antibody (CSB-PA026467LA01HU)
Validated Data
IHC image of CSB-PA026467LA01HU diluted at 1:400 and staining in paraffin-embedded human glioma performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
The following ZFX reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
