Zinc Finger Protein 296 (ZNF296), also known as ZFP296, is a C2H2-type zinc finger transcription factor. It binds to specific DNA sequences via conserved zinc finger domains, regulating target gene expression involved in cellular proliferation and differentiation.
Emerging studies link ZNF296 to the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, a critical driver of tumorigenesis. Abnormal ZNF296 expression has been detected in colorectal cancer, where it may promote cancer cell growth. Currently, no targeted drugs against ZNF296 are in clinical use; research remains preclinical, focusing on its functional roles in disease pathogenesis.
The following ZNF296 reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
