ASRGL1, also known as L-asparaginase-like protein 1, is a crucial intracellular protein primarily responsible for hydrolyzing asparagine and aspartate, thereby participating in ammonia metabolism and asparagine/aspartate metabolic pathways. Mainly localized in the cytoplasm, it maintains intracellular amino acid balance and normal ammonia metabolism through its enzymatic activity. Dysfunction of ASRGL1 may be associated with diseases related to amino acid metabolism disorders. Particularly in some cancers, abnormal regulation of ASRGL1 may affect cell growth and proliferation. Therefore, changes in the expression level of ASRGL1 have attracted much attention in tumor research. Additionally, human recombinant ASRGL1 protein serves as an important research tool with extensive applications in scientific research, including Western Blot validation, antibody production, protein detection, and other experiments.
