ATP2A3 Research Reagents

Sarcoplasmic/endoplasmic reticulum calcium ATPase 3 is a protein in humans that is encoded by ATP2A3 gene. This magnesium-dependent enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the transport of calcium. Transports calcium ions from the cytosol into the sarcoplasmic/endoplasmic reticulum lumen. Contributes to calcium sequestration involved in muscular excitation/contraction.

The following ATP2A3 reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
