CDKN2A Research Reagents

Cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2A is a protein in humans that is encoded by CDKN2A gene. Acts as a negative regulator of the proliferation of normal cells by interacting strongly with CDK4 and CDK6. This inhibits their ability to interact with cyclins D and to phosphorylate the retinoblastoma protein.

The following CDKN2A reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
