CRISPLD2

CRISPLD2 (Cysteine-Rich Secretory Protein LCCL Domain Containing 2) is a secreted glycoprotein with an LCCL domain, a conserved motif mediating protein-protein interactions. Dysregulation of CRISPLD2 is linked to asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and allergic rhinitis, contributing to airway smooth muscle hyperplasia and mucus hypersecretion.
