FMO3 encodes flavin-containing monooxygenase 3, a liver-resident phase I metabolic enzyme (alias: FMO3_HUMAN). It mediates NADPH- and FAD-dependent oxidation of xenobiotics (e.g., drugs) and endobiotics like trimethylamine, playing a critical role in detoxification and drug metabolism pathways.
FMO3 mutations underlie trimethylaminuria, a condition causing trimethylamine accumulation and fishy body odor. Current research focuses on FMO3 activators to treat this disorder, while pharmaceutical efforts target its metabolic function to optimize drug pharmacokinetics and reduce adverse effects from impaired compound clearance.

FMO3 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (CSB-RA144042A0HU)
Validated Data
IHC image of CSB-RA144042A0HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human liver tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit polymer IgG labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.

FMO3 Antibody (CSB-PA008749LA01HU)
Validated Data
IHC image of CSB-PA008749LA01HU diluted at 1:300 and staining in paraffin-embedded human liver cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
