FOXQ1 modulates Wnt/β-catenin and TGF-β signaling pathways, promoting cancer cell proliferation and metastasis. Its overexpression correlates with colorectal, breast, and gastric cancers. No specific drugs targeting FOXQ1 are approved, though preclinical studies explore inhibitory small molecules to disrupt its transcriptional activity in oncology.
