PDAP1, also known as Phosphatidic acid phosphatase type 2 domain - containing protein 1, is a significant protein in cellular processes. It has no widely - recognized common aliases. PDAP1 functions by regulating lipid metabolism through dephosphorylation of phosphatidic acid. It is involved in the mTOR signaling pathway which plays a key role in cell growth and metabolism.
Aberrant expression of PDAP1 is associated with various diseases, including some forms of cancer. In drug development, although research is still in its early stages, potential therapies aim to modulate PDAP1 activity to correct abnormal lipid metabolism and signaling, providing new hope for the treatment of related diseases.
The following PDAP1 reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
