Phosphorylase b kinase regulatory subunit alpha, liver isoform is a protein in humans that is encoded by PHKA2 gene. Phosphorylase b kinase catalyzes the phosphorylation of serine in certain substrates, including troponin I. The alpha chain may bind calmodulin.
The following PHKA2 reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
