PZP

PZP, full name pregnancy zone protein. It is a plasma glycoprotein synthesized by the liver, regulating immunity, protease inhibition and inflammatory response, maintaining immune homeostasis. Dysregulated PZP causes immune suppression and promotes tumor immune escape, or exacerbates chronic inflammation. PZP modulators are under preclinical research for immune, inflammatory and anti-tumor therapy.
