TBRG1

TBRG1, full name transforming growth factor beta regulator 1. It is an intracellular regulatory protein regulating cell growth, differentiation and apoptosis, maintaining tissue homeostasis and immune balance. Dysregulated TBRG1 promotes tumor proliferation, invasion and drug resistance in lung, breast and ovarian cancers. TBRG1-targeted inhibitors are in early preclinical anti-tumor research.
