TLL2, full name tolloid-like protein 2, also known as zinc-dependent metalloprotease TLL2. It is an extracellular matrix metalloprotease, mediating pro-lysyl oxidase processing, embryonic development, skeletogenesis and extracellular matrix remodeling, maintaining normal tissue structure and organ differentiation.
Abnormally upregulated TLL2 is closely related to lung adenocarcinoma and lymphoma. It promotes tumor invasion, metastasis and poor prognosis, and also involves neuromuscular disorders. TLL2-targeted small molecule inhibitors and antibodies remain in preclinical research, providing novel anti-tumor therapeutic strategies.
The following TLL2 reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
