TLR7

TLR7, or Toll-like receptor 7, is a protein located in the endosomes of cells and is expressed mainly in tissues such as the lungs, placenta, and spleen.The mechanism of action of TLR7 is to activate the natural immune response by recognising viral single-stranded RNA, which in turn promotes the formation of antiviral adaptive immunity.TLR7 is essential for the body's antiviral immune defence, as it rapidly initiates an immune response to inhibit viral replication and spread. In addition, TLR7 is involved in the regulation of autoimmune responses and has an impact on the development of autoimmune diseases.

IHC image of CSB-RA556665A0HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4℃ overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit IgG polymer labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
