USP9X

USP9X, also known as ubiquitin-specific peptidase 9 X-linked, is a deubiquitylating enzyme that plays a crucial role in regulating protein ubiquitination. It is highly conserved across species and is involved in various cellular processes, including protein trafficking, cell polarity, and apoptosis. USP9X interacts with numerous substrates and modulates signaling pathways such as TGFβ, Notch, and Wnt. Dysregulation of USP9X has been associated with neurodevelopmental disorders, neurodegenerative diseases like Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, and various cancers, where it can act as both an oncogene and a tumor suppressor. Research into USP9X has led to potential therapeutic targets, including small molecule inhibitors and gene therapies, for treating these diseases.

Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human liver cancer using CSB-PA856610LA01HU at dilution of 1:100

Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with CSB-PA856610LA01HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
