WIZ, a protein containing multiple zinc finger domains and encoded by the WIZ gene, operates primarily in the nucleus. It interacts with a variety of proteins and DNA, regulating gene expression and impacting cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration. WIZ's involvement in physiological and pathological processes like embryonic development, cell cycle control, and tumorigenesis is significant. Its aberrant expression in tumors may contribute to increased proliferation and metastasis, rendering WIZ a potential target for oncological research and treatment.
Recombinant Human Protein Wiz (WIZ), partial (CSB-EP026123HU)
Validated Data
(Tris-Glycine gel) Discontinuous SDS-PAGE (reduced) with 5% enrichment gel and 15% separation gel.
WIZ Antibody (CSB-PA026123LA01HU)
Validated Data
IHC image of CSB-PA026123LA01HU diluted at 1:200 and staining in paraffin-embedded human glioma performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
The following WIZ reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
