ATL2

ATL2, full name ataxia-telangiectasia-like protein 2. It is a protein involved in DNA damage response and cell cycle regulation, maintaining genome stability and normal cell function. ATL2 deficiency causes DNA repair defects and correlates with cancers, neurodegeneration and immunodeficiency. ATL2 modulators are under preclinical research for cancer and neurological disorders.
