DNER

Delta/Notch-like epidermal growth factor-related receptor (DNER), also known as BET, is a transmembrane Notch ligand enriched in neural and epithelial tissues. It engages Notch receptors to activate canonical RBPJ-dependent signaling and crosstalks with Wnt cascades, controlling neuronal differentiation, cell adhesion and tissue patterning.
Aberrant DNER expression contributes to autoimmune neurological disorders and multiple solid tumors, facilitating malignant proliferation, invasion and drug resistance. Antibody-based blockade and small molecules targeting DNER-driven Notch/Wnt signaling are currently under preclinical research for targeted cancer intervention.

Validated Data

Immunofluorescence staining of U87 cells with CSB-PA818784NA01HU at 1:50, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
