GPR132

GPR132, also known as G2A, is a G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) that plays a pivotal role in various physiological processes, including immune response and inflammation. It is primarily expressed in hematopoietic cells and has been implicated in the regulation of NK cell function. GPR132 functions through the Gαs/CSK/ZAP70/NF-κB signaling pathway, influencing cell proliferation, apoptosis, and migration. Its dysregulation is associated with several diseases, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and melanoma.
