LILRB3

LILRB3, also known as Leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily B member 3, is also commonly called ILT5 or LIR3. It is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on immune cells. Its mechanism involves binding to major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecules, which helps modulate immune responses. It participates in inhibitory signaling pathways to keep immune activation in check.

Immunofluorescence staining of NIH/3T3 cells with CSB-PA012941LA01HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
