NR1I2 Research Reagents

Pregnane X receptors, also known as PXR or NR1I2, are prototypical members of the nuclear receptor superfamily. PXR can be activated by endobiotics and xenobiotics. As a key exogenous receptor, the cellular function of PXR is mainly exerted by its ligand-dependent binding to regulatory gene sequences. Classic downstream target genes of PXR are involved in exogenous responses such as detoxification, metabolism and inflammation. Emerging evidence also suggests that PXR signaling is involved in the processes of apoptosis, cell cycle arrest, proliferation, angiogenesis, and oxidative stress closely associated with cancer.

The following NR1I2 reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
