RAB10

RAB10, full name RAB family GTPase 10. It is a key vesicular transport regulatory protein, participating in vesicle formation, transport and fusion, maintaining cellular material metabolism and signal transduction. Dysregulated RAB10 relates to diabetes, neurodegeneration and cancers, promoting tumor invasion. RAB10-targeted inhibitors are under preclinical research for metabolic, neurological and anti-tumor therapy.
