RGS9BP

RGS9BP, also known as regulator of G-protein signaling 9 binding protein, is a significant molecule in the field of signal transduction. It is also commonly referred to as R9AP. This protein plays a key role in the regulation of G - protein coupled receptor signaling pathways, mainly by facilitating the interaction between RGS9 and its target G - proteins.
The dysregulation of RGS9BP is associated with several diseases, such as certain forms of retinal disorders. In terms of drug development, researchers are exploring compounds that can modulate the function of RGS9BP to treat related diseases. Immunofluorescence staining of PC3 cells with CSB-PA765076LA01HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
