SPSB1

SPSB1, full name SPRY domain-containing SOCS box protein 1. It is an intracellular regulatory protein that maintains protein stability, cell growth homeostasis and immune cell activation balance in human tissues.
Dysregulated SPSB1 is highly expressed in lung, gastric and liver cancers, promoting tumor proliferation, invasion and immune suppression. SPSB1-targeted inhibitors remain in early preclinical research for anti-tumor immunotherapy.
