TNFRSF25

TNFRSF25, also known as Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 25, is a significant protein in the immune system. It has several aliases, such as DR3 and TRAMP. This protein is involved in regulating T - cell activation and survival. It activates the NF - κB and MAPK signaling pathways, which are crucial for immune responses.
Dysregulation of TNFRSF25 is associated with autoimmune diseases like multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis.
