Thioredoxin domain-containing protein 5 is a protein in humans that is encoded by TXNDC5 gene. Possesses thioredoxin activity. Has been shown to reduce insulin disulfide bonds. Also complements protein disulfide-isomerase deficiency in yeast (By similarity).
