Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 J1 is a protein in humans that is encoded by UBE2J1 gene. Catalyzes the covalent attachment of ubiquitin to other proteins. Functions in the selective degradation of misfolded membrane proteins from the endoplasmic reticulum (ERAD).
The following UBE2J1 reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
