WT1

The Wilms tumor 1 (WT1) gene encodes a zinc finger-containing protein, also known as Wilms tumor 1 protein. This protein functions as a transcription factor, regulating gene expression during embryonic development and maintaining cellular homeostasis. WT1 plays a critical role in the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. It is involved in various signaling pathways, including the Wnt and Notch pathways. Mutations in the WT1 gene are associated with several diseases, such as Wilms tumor, Denys-Drash syndrome, and Frasier syndrome. In terms of drug development, WT1 is a potential target for cancer immunotherapy, with ongoing research focusing on the development of vaccines and immunotherapeutic agents targeting WT1.

IHC image of CSB-RA950156A0HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4℃ overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit IgG polymer labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
