Zinc finger FYVE domain-containing protein 16 is a protein in humans that is encoded by ZFYVE16 gene. May be involved in regulating membrane trafficking in the endosomal pathway. Overexpression induces endosome aggregation. Required to target TOM1 to endosomes.
