IL24

IL24, interleukin 24, is a cytokine produced by a variety of immune cells, including T cells, B cells, macrophages, and dendritic cells.IL24 belongs to the IL-10 family of cytokines, and activates the downstream JAK-STAT signalling by binding to specific receptor complexes such as IL20RA/IL20RB or IL20RB/IL22RA1, which in turn regulate the immune response and cell proliferation. pathway, which in turn regulates immune response and cell proliferation. The mechanisms of action include promoting apoptosis, inhibiting tumour angiogenesis, and enhancing sensitivity to radiotherapy. Biologically, IL24 has anti-tumour activity, and its expression level correlates with the low malignancy and metastasis of a variety of tumours, making it a potential target for tumour therapy and immunomodulation.

IHC image of CSB-PA613378LA01HU diluted at 1:1400 and staining in paraffin-embedded human prostate cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
