IL4RA, interleukin 4 receptor alpha chain, which is a cell surface receptor, is mainly derived from activated CD4+ T cells, but also produced by a variety of cells such as NKT cells, macrophages, eosinophils, etc. The mechanism of action of IL4RA is to bind to IL-4 and IL-13 and exert its biological functions through activation of the JAK-STAT signalling pathway, in particular through STAT6 phosphorylation and activation, to exert its biological function.IL4RA is important for the regulation of immune response, promotion of Th2 cell differentiation, B cell antibody class switching, and inhibition of inflammatory response. Aberrant expression of IL4RA is closely related to the development of allergic and inflammatory diseases.
The following IL4RA reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
