NT5E, or 5'-nucleotide exonuclease, alias CD73, eN, eNT, CALJA. The NT5E protein is a cell surface enzyme whose primary function is to catalyze the conversion of extracellular nucleotides to membrane-permeable nucleosides, a process that is essential for regulating extracellular ATP levels and adenosine signaling. By converting ATP to adenosine, NT5E in turn affects immune cell function and inflammatory responses.
In a biological sense, NT5E plays a role in a variety of physiological and pathological processes, including lymphocyte differentiation, immune regulation, and immune escape in the tumor microenvironment. Aberrant expression of NT5E has been associated with a variety of diseases, such as calcification of joints and arteries, inflammatory bowel disease, and certain cancers.
Recombinant Human 5'-nucleotidase (NT5E) (Active) (CSB-MP723415HU)
Validated Data
(Tris-Glycine gel) Discontinuous SDS-PAGE (reduced) with 5% enrichment gel and 15% separation gel.
Activity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized CD73 at 2 μg/ml can bind Anti- CD73 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody(CSB-RA978310A0HU), the EC50 is 3.212-4.525 ng/ml.
NT5E Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (CSB-RA723415MA1HU)
Validated Data
Overlay Peak curve showing PC3 cells surface stained with CSB-RA723415MA1HU (red line) at 1:100. Then 10% normal goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (1ug/1*106cells) for 45min at 4℃. The secondary antibody used was FITC-conjugated Goat Anti-human IgG(H+L) at 1:200 dilution for 35min at 4℃.Control antibody (green line) was mouse IgG (1ug/1*106cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10,000 events was performed.
The following NT5E reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
