PAK1

PAK1, also known as p21-activated kinase 1, is a serine/threonine kinase involved in the regulation of cell proliferation, migration, and apoptosis. It responds to signals from small G proteins RAC1 and CDC42 by phosphorylating various substrate proteins. PAK1's role in cell signal transduction, tumorigenesis, neurodevelopment, and immune response is significant, with its abnormal activation associated with tumor progression and neurodegenerative diseases.

Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cell with CSB-RA287160A0HU at 1:30, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
