SIGLEC7

SIGLEC7, also known as Sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 7, is a protein encoded by the SIGLEC7 gene. It is also commonly called CD328. This protein is a member of the sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin family. It plays a role in immune regulation by binding to sialic acid-containing glycoproteins and glycolipids. It is involved in signaling pathways related to immune cell activation and suppression.
