TNFRSF12A, also known as tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 12A, is commonly referred to as TWEAKR. This protein plays a significant role in cell survival, proliferation, and inflammation. It interacts with its ligand TWEAK, triggering the activation of multiple signaling pathways such as NF - κB and MAPK signaling, which regulate gene expression and cellular responses.

IHC image of CSB-RA441307A0HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human placenta tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT.
